did Aaliyah plane crashed into an building or an ocean?
    please answer 10 points

Neither. It was land, marsh land. Here is video footage of the crash scene, at ground level. The very end of the clip provides an aerial perspective of the crash site. video.aol.com/.../815043779

Who was sad that Aaliyah past away in a plane crash in the Bahamas?
In 2001 a famous R&B singer Aaliyah died in a plane crash in the Bahamas after shooting her video Clip! WE WILL MISS U AALIYAH!!!

i love aaliyah! and i cried when i found out! i was in school at that time!!!! i think she's very pretty and talented even if she was young. i loved her song in the animated movie "Anastasia". i think she was great in Romeo Must Die and especially love her as Akasha in Queen of the Damned. I love vampires, you see, and i think she brought justice to Akasha's character. i also love her songs and dance moves. also, i think she is a really good person, that is why missy elliot and her are such good friends and also the reason why she has a lot of friends in the first place. oh yeah, there are some people who say that kind-hearted people die young, i think it's true in her case...

Could the pilot have done anything to stop Aaliyah's plane from crashing that way?
I know its done and over with and i know that its been 7 years, i also know it went face down but i just became a big fan of aaliyah like no more than 3 months ago, and like maybe i watch too many movies but i do see like pilots like use manuevers to let the plane crash in a more safe manner!

My own theory is that the aircraft,at best, could not climb out of ground effect. Maybe it could have had it been nursed very gently (shallow pitch attitude after gaining significant extra speed in level attitude less than one wingspan above ground, and no banks) out of ground effect, but, even then, it would still have been significantly out of weight and balance and would have required delicate handling, best case scenario. At worst, it couldn't fly at all. From all accounts I've read, the most causal factor was weight and balance limits exceeded considerably. Which made it an illegal operation from the start. In short, they should not have taken off with that amount (and distribution) of weight on board. The irony is that they had flown to the location on a Merlin/Metro operated by a different operation and were scheduled to return on same but, b/c they left sooner than scheduled (a day sooner, I believe), they called around and got the CE-402 from a different operation.
