Which hotel is located nearer (within walking distance) to sydney CBD area, China town and tourist attractions?

I've seen that hotel from the outside but doesn't look that impressive. It in the heart of Chinatown, quite busy street. Why don't you stay somewhere near Darling Harbour, its also walking distance to the chinatown area but less busier.
