Hotels in Sydney, please help.? Which hotel is located nearer (within walking distance) to sydney CBD area, China town and tourist attractions?

Travel lodge situated in the heart of CBD, Unilodge is next to Broadway Shopping Complex and Sydney University, Aarons Hotel is in the middle of China Town.

I've seen that hotel from the outside but doesn't look that impressive. It in the heart of Chinatown, quite busy street. Why don't you stay somewhere near Darling Harbour, its also walking distance to the chinatown area but less busier.
