airline travel with AARP discounts?
where do I go to find prices on the internet?
Airlines formerly offered to discounts to senior citizens, regardless of whether they belonged to AARP or not. However, those were eliminated several years ago. Seniors now pay the same price as everyone else.

Joining AARP for discounts alone , no brainer?
My parents got an invitation to join AARP
I know they're the biggest political membership group in US.
The fee is $40 for 5 years, plus a little free gift. I think it sounds like a no brainer considering there's no way you can't cash in on $40 in simply one discount, right?
Are discounts enough to justify paying $40 for 5 years? Please advise!
Good answers, but lets put politics aside, do the benefits and discounts from a personal money perspective make it worth it?
My hubby and I chose not to join because we are not in alignment with the political dealings that the organization does.
