My cousin send me an Abercrombie gift card from US, but I live in Toronto Canada can I use it at the local retail store?
How they convert the value to the Canadian currency? I mean is the currency going to be 1 to 1 ratio?

I would say yes. You could ask retailer when you go in to the store. You maybe able to exchange it for the Canada Version.
