Who will win the Grammy 4 Best Alternative Music Album?

After the American Music Awards had Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, & Nickelback as their "alternative rock" nominees, I thought that the Recording Academy wood have a better perception of alternative rock. Apparently, it's only their great-grandchildren that listen to KEXP or WOXY (alternative/indie rock stations online). & my sister has gotten me listening 2 a whole lot of this stuff. Ex: Laura Veirs, Minus the Bear, Stars, Sea & Cake, Yo La Tengo, etc. But I wood assume that those guys are just "too indie," as in they don't even sell gold albums (if not platinum). Okay, let's c. Well, three of the artists happen to be on major record labels (That's y there's no "Best Independent Rock" category.] Only The Shins r on the Sub Pop label & Arcade Fire's on Merge Records. I'm running out of space, so I'll choose The Shins.
1 other thing I wanted 2 include that I hope that Lily Allen doesn't win (although that may seem unlikely). After listening to Laura Veirs, Rilo Kiley, and Charlotte Martin, I don't want alternative rock 2 b represented on the Grammys by a singer that is played on a station called Kelly 95.3 (in Bakersfield) & trashes Amy Winehouse (whose music is ok but I'm not really that much of a fan).
I think the Shins or the Stripes.

Good music now. I like stuff like Brand New, and Taking Back Sunday, Linkin Park, Cobra Starship, Landon Pigg, Ludo, Panic At the Disco, All American Rejects, The Academy Is, Chiodos.... You get the drift. I'll listen to almost anything, not to keen on some rap and country. But right now I have way OVERPLAYED every song on my ipod and im dying to get new stuff but I don't know what to get. PLEASE. SAVE ME! (FYI I do not like 3 doors down and Nickleback, I used to like them, but every song they have sounds the same. I don't hate them, I just don't want to listen to it. Thanks.) HELPPP!
