Ok today I"m calling Acer about my computer troubles, like it wont boot up and it only gets to a screen that tells me to restart and every time I restart it takes me to the same screen over and over, so I was wondering if anyone cuold tell me what type of questions I could ask them
From what you're describing (and assuming you're using some flavor of Windows) it sounds like you might have some damaged or corrupt operating system startup files.
If you have an original install disk you could ask them about:
1. Going back to the last known good configuration
2. Performing a System File Check.
3. Doing a repair installation of the operating system.
