ACS Help Desk phone support will close at 6 PM instead of 7 PM during Finals week.

The EBU 3B (CSE Basement) labs are back on-line and all workstatations should be functional. The Cisco switch serving those labs failed at approximately 2:10pm; the replacement hardware was brought on-line at 3:25pm.

This Saturday morning our team of experts will be upgrading ACS-Webmail to faster hardware. You might encounter short outages of 5-10 minutes between 7-9 AM. Just one more reason to sleep in on Saturday :)!
