Are mutants really a different species? (Homo superior vs homo sapien)?
The different species answer fails at one major test: they can produce fertile offspring w/ homo sapiens.
So, if they are a different species, then you could argue that laws for humans don't apply to them.
If they are homo sapiens, then it would seem such laws violate principles in the Constition.
It would also be logistically challenging to register them all. And what if you're a mutant like Cipher? Big whoop, if it weren't for Xavier people wouldn't even know he was a mutant.
And what about the people "mutated" by radiation (Spiderman, Fantastic Four, Daredevil) or biotech (Capt America)...do they register even though they weren't born mutants? What about their rights?

In what other states have a "Drivers responibilty act/law"? Here in Michigan we have this law, if you been pulled over and you have no proof of insureance or dont even have it for that matter at the time of the ticket,registration not being signed,speed ticket
ect there are just some other little pedley things to. Anyway, not only do you get the ticket in which you were pulled over in and have to pay that ticket you also get this thing from Granholm/Michigan Gov. which you have to pay in full, no payment arrangements and there not cheap either in the hundreds and have maybe 1month to pay, check out the web site that I have for you to look at . There is a potition thats going around for revoke this. People are wondering why are we being doubled dipped for cash. Whats your oppoine on this?

I think it does not go far enough. If someone is found to be driving without all those things you mentioned, there should be a minimum mandatory jail time of 30 days and a $1000 fine. Also, I would have laws that are very strict on drunk driving, such as (1) driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, minimum 6 months mandatory jail; DWI and in an accident, 1 year in jail and $5,000 fine, confiscation of vehicle; DWI in accident where another person is injured 2 years in jail and $10,000 fine, confiscation of vehicle; DWI where a fatality is caused, confiscation of any real property owned and mandatory death penalty.
Laws like these would help to get a lot of drivers off the roads and lower automobile insurance rates. It has to be realized that idiot drivers are the cause of the problem. I live in New Jersey and there are so many brain-dead, arrogant, reckless, stupid drivers on the road it is unbelieveable
