Send emails to your friends and family. Send them to you co-workers/families co-workers. You have done a pretty good job of personalizing your website. I would add a blurb about the not for profit status of the organization. (I am pretty sure it is a 501c3 so it would be tax deductible, but check with them.) Wear your team in training tee shirt when hanging out, it can help start conversations that allow you to bring it up and talk about why you are doing it.
