Is there any way to install Activesync on my Vista?
I need it for my Motorola Q... I tried downloading it from the Windows website but it said it can't be installed on Vista. And the CD blocked it because of compatibility issues.
use innotek virtualbox or microsoft virtual machine to make ur pc work like xp,,,if u have xp cd with u..

does anyone know when ActiveSync for Windows Vista cause i have the MotoQ but ActiveSync doesnt work on Vista
ActiveSync has been replaced in Windows Vista by a new program called Windows Mobile Device Center. Version 6.1 is now available from the Windows Mobile web site. It's already installed on computers as part of Vista.
Having problems with Treo 700WX activesync and Vista. Any help?
I can´t synchronize my Sprint Treo 700wx with my new laptop which runs windows vista. Do i need to install a new activesync and if so where can i get it? I really appreciate any help because is driving me crazy. If you can send me the link will be great.

You can't use activesync with windows vista. You need to go to the microsoft website and download the Windows Mobile Device Center. That will allow you to successfully sync the 700wx. I just did it yesterday with a freinds phone. Try this link:
