How to change the font size on Adobe Acrobat Standard?
Yes, how do i change the font on Adobe, is there a way to remove the plus sighn?, please help how do i change the font size for adobe acrobat Standard 7.0

You need to go back and change it in the original source document. If the PDF was created in MSWord then change the MSWord and recreate the PDF.

Is Adobe Acrobat Standard Version 8 worth the money to buy?
I have seen mixed reviews on the latest version of Adobe Acrobat standard. Is it worth buying or are all the problems people have written about really that bad?

I'd go with no on this one. Unless you're professionally making documents for business then the standard version should be just fine. If you have a scanner, most will scan a document into PDF format if you set it up that way. The only reason I see buying Adobe V8 is if you want to edit documents that you scan into PDF. Hope this helps!

How do I remove part of a PDF Document using Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0?
I received a PDF Document and that has a header I want to cut or delete on the third page. I have Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0. How do I perform this function if possible? It does appear that the document is a scanned image.

If you are deleting, or "redacting," sensitive information, you should be very careful with the steps that you take to remove the text from the pdf. Here are the steps to take to cover over the text, but it does not actually delete it. 1. Go to Tools-->Drawing Markups-->Rectangle 2. Draw a rectangle to cover the offending text/graphic 3. Right Click on the rectangle and set the Fill to Black (or white, if the background is white and you want to hide the edit). Click OK. 4. Select the rectangle and choose "Set Properties to default" so that each additional rectangle will be solid black 5. Alternately, you can use the Highlight tool to highlight text (if you have a PDF Normal or Searchable PDF). Set the highlight color to Black. Again, this just covers it up. To *really* get rid of the information, you need to flatten the file. 1. Go to File-->Save As 2. Choose TIFF from the Type popup at the bottom of the dialog box. Acrobat will save each page of your PDF as a separate, sequentially numbered TIFF file. You can now recombine the TIFFs into a single, image-only PDF. Acrobat 8 handles redaction a little bit differently.
