Invalid clicks is a "catch all" term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can mean anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ads, etc.
It will not be up to Google to prove to you how they caught what they deemed as fraudulent clicks on your site. They will not show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional manner that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your case.
You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They need to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the cancellation of the account of the advertiser.

I suggest you contact them, email them in a professional way explaining your side. It can be helpful if you send in your logs. Then wait if they respond.

I hadn't clicked on my ads then too my Adsense account was seized.On day 1 CTR crossed 200.I was shocked but then it was like 24 sometimes, 6 on other times, 15 some times but average CTR for the month was 72. Are there any such publisher ads-programme like Adsense for India. As of now Yahoo is only for US people while Mamma is also for US.MSN is not open to publishers. Please tell good such programmes like Adsense for India.
Your CTR is way above normal - unless you have tiny traffic. You should have done the proactive approach and alerted Google that you think something's going on with your website given your higher-than-normal CTR.
But it is all water under the bridge now as you have been kicked out of the program. If you have had a longer history with them and proved to them that you are an honest member of their network, you might stand a chance of getting reinstated as others have been. But you are a new publisher, as evidenced by the PIN notification. You don't have a history of goodwill with them.
