Questions & Answers
What is the font size of google adsense ads? How do I change the font to the same size as my website Need details on how to change the font size on google adsense
Font is not of the options you can change with Adsense. You can change the color of the text, borders, URL, background and title -- but not the font.
To do so would violate the Adsense Program Policies as it can be constituted as tampering with the code. This can be grounds for termination with the program, so I suggest you stick with the font and make the colors blend with your site instead.
Isn't Google cheating small/medium sized publishers in the name of Adsense ? What I found is that lots of publishers who were thrown out of Adsense were not susbcribed to Adwords as Google wants to earn money from Advertisers as well as Publishers also. It also wants that we too should subscribe to Adwords as 90% of Google revenue come from Adwords. I had never clicked on my web-sites ads but Google has said that invalid clicks have been generated in your site and hence we have closed your account in the interest of our publisher. All the money earned by you will be returned to affected advertisers. When I contacted them to check my account again and the Ip addresses of my site's users, they haven't replied this date.Google is really trying to make us fool. It keeps all this hard earned money and that's what it does. Google is duping small and medium sized publishers of their money earned through Adsense. What do you say ?
Invalid clicks is a "catch all" term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can mean anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ads, etc.
It will not be up to Google to show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional manner that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your case.
I know you may be feeling pissed right now. But don't believe that G is kicking out publishers who do not use Adwords. We've been with Adsense since June 2003, and we do not use Adwords yet we have not been kicked out from the program.
You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They need to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the cancellation of the account of the advertiser.
There have been many cases of publishers whose account was initially disabled but reinstated from the program. Here are some threads from Webmasterworld.com of such cases:
