After quickly browsing through this I haven't found anything to suggest you can't run another Advertising company's adverts beside adsense.
Actually after further review I can guarantee you 100% it does not violate and terms and conditions. Just to make you more comfortable, go to the crispads site listed below, and look at the "Before you ask" Question. Bottom left of the screen.
Anyone can confirm that if a web page has more than 3 adsense content ads would be infringing Google
I read in Google's TOS, that a site can have not more than 3 adsense content ads and 1 text link ad. But then I saw so many web pages with more than what is allowed. Any answer ?
You read the TOS and saw the answer why do you ask this question? Just cuz you found someone in violation means absolutely nothing.
Is it OK to show adsense on video-linking websites?
There are some websites that do not host videos themselves, but only link to the videos posted on youtube, dailymotion, etc. (e.g., links to TV shows / movies) . Technically, these websites do not host the the illegal content so maybe they can get away with that. However, many of them show google adsense ads on their webpages. Given the popularity of these websites, google probably knows about them. My question is :
"Isn't it against the adsense TOS to post ads on these websites?"

HONESTLY - Instead of hankering for Adsense Dollars there are many more sites that pay you a GOOD amount of money.
I am making money from my website to the tune of £5.00 every month and I received £10.00 , JUST for signing up :) I think it's a damn good way to make a Decent Income with your Website or Blog.
I am expecting a payment of £55.00 with 11 websites I have this month.
