Whats the deal with My AF Portal? Do you have to have a CAC Card to create an account now? That's kind of ridiculous because my laptop OBVIOUSLY doesn't have a CAC card reader...
I don't have a CAC reader at home and I created an account fairly recently with ease. The system is spotty though, so they'll send you an e-mail saying they need to look over your file themselves and then a week or so later you hear back with your info.
