How do i get sings i listen to on aol radio to show up on my status message on AIM?
On my buddy list certain people have the song they are listening to as their status message. They say its because they have a mac. I know people that have the song status message and dont have a mac. Is there a way to do this on a laptop thats not a mac besides just typing the song in??? Remember this is AIM!

How can I record music from aol radio to cd-r disc?
@qaa_question

This is illegal unless you keep the recordings ONLY for you to listen to them. Download (if you don't have it already) "AudioGrabber" and install it. Now start playing the radio and start "AudioGrabber". From the "File" menu, select the "Line in sampling" command. Adjust the settings according to your preferances and start the recording. After recording what you want, use a CD-writing software to make and write your CD. You can make an audio CD, that will play in any CD player or an MP3 CD that will play in an MP3 compatible CD player.

how to set up an internet radio station and have it listed on aol radio?
I have already figured out how to set up an internet radio station itself. But There are a couple of things that I need to know. I need to know: How you get that station listed on aol free radio station list? How to get it on yahoo free radio station list? and how to get it on itunes free radio channel list? If anyone knows please inform me because I can't find the answers to these questions anywhere. Thanks

Your station WON'T be listed at those places due to the fact that those stations are all controlled by the parent companies. Yahoo, will only let you set up a station where they control the music being presented as their licenses require certain songs to be played (that may be out of mainstream) AOL just inked a deal with CBS radio.. all content is basically controlled by CBS radio or AOL corporate itself. I figure I-Tunes is the same way.... most corporations won't allow for user generated stations that way they have no legal or ethical questions to be raised websites that look for those kind such as live365.com is your best bet and the other poster is correct that music rights have to be payed and can be the same or worse than a radio station and is why some webcasters have pulled the plug
