How to contact Apple?
I bought my MacBook from UAE, I live in Kuwait. All Macs are supposed to have 1 year GLOBAL Warranty. One day a CD got stuck in my Mac I decided to go to an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Kuwait to try to get it fixed, they said we won't fix it because you didn't buy it from Kuwait.
After shouting at the guys about the warranty, they took it in, a few days later they called me and said we couldn't do anything. I took it back home and found out my MacBook wasn't switching it on properly and the CD was still jammed. After ages of trying to switch it on I managed to get the CD out my self but still there was a problem switching it on.
So I sent it back to the UAE and they said that there were parts missing from my MacBook! These idiots from the Apple Kuwait destroyed my Mac! Well in UAE they replaced the missing parts in my Mac, it took ages.
There are still problems with my MacBook. I took it to the UK to attempt to get it fixed. They said they cant fix it because UAE is tax free.
You bought the iPod from Amazon, not Apple. It may well be their policy, but if it is, it happens to be at odds with UK consumer law. Take alook at this website, it should help. Bottom line is....take no sh1t from Amazon.

where and how the fuc< can i contact apple who make crap products that beak every 5 min!!!! i live in the uk and i have try'd there website (the English one) to order a repair/service i have an apple care protection plan, i managed to get to (Request Product Service area) then billing adress and its says America and please select your state!!!!! when 5 pages ago i selected uk/england is it just me please help
