Where can I find a straightforward 3gp specification so I figure out why one of my 3gp files is scre If you go to this link http://ccrma.stanford.edu/courses/422/projects/WaveFormat/ , you can (for example) find a fairly specific detailed description of the bits of a wav file. I'd like to find a similar page for a 3gp file. Where can I find it?
I'm almost certain that what I am looking for can be found at http://www.3gpp.org/ , but the site just has too much information for me. Where is the itty bitty part of the spec that I'm looking for?
