Questions & Answers
Daily Mail ? I think the Daily Mail is the best newspaper, and best value for money! Who agrees?
Telegraph for me thanks.
How do you know if a person is trying to scam you ? Eg i got an e-mail stating that i won a large su and a car. Then they told me that they have contracted a courrier to deliver the winnings to me but i would have to pay the cost and insurance for the items before they can ship it to me from Europe. I worry that it may be true as well as it could be a scam. The courrier people have contacted me daily for a few days now but I'm sceptical. How do i find out if this is real or not?
They asked YOU to pay THEM, if it wasn't a scam they could just subtract the money from the amount you "won". Have you ever had to pay anything when you won the lottery?
did anyone read this poem by a Torie councellor in the daily mail today? it goes
i cross ocean poor and broke
take bus see employment folk
nice man treat me good in there
say i need to see welfare
welfare say you come no more we send cash right to your door
welfare cheques they keep you wealthy NHS they keep you healthy
by and by i get plenty of money
thanks to you british dummy
write to friends in motherland
tell them come fast as you can
they come in turbans and ford truks
i buy big house with welfare bucks they come here we live together more welfare cheques it gets better
fourteen families they movin in
but neighbours patience wearin thin
finally white guy moves away
now i buy his house then i say
find more aliens for house to rent
and in the yard i put a tent
everything is good we own the neighbourhood
we have hobby its called breeding
welfare pay for baby feeding
That poem has been floating about since the 70's, the difference now is the PC brigade find it offencive, in the 70's no one did, but been a Tory councillor and passing that about amongst her colleagues and friends was a stupid thing for her to do.
