i bought somthing on e-bay and received it yesterday. but I received it today again(the same product) the seller sent it to me twice what should i do? just leave it??? actually if i return it to the seller, the shipping cost will be higher than the bidding price and i dont know how to contact with the seller any advice please.

go to your ebay page and look up the information there. or just click on the item you bought/won and look for (contact seller). click it and tell them. I'm sure that after a few emails back and forth you two can work out a deal. My mom accidentally had an extra chandelier shipped to her. She contacted the seller and he let her keep it being that she lived in the middle of no where. She then gave the extra chandelier to my grandmother for Christmas

Your best bet is to buy from a seller with good feedback going back a reasonable amount of time. Don't be put off of new sellers just because they don't have any feedback. Read the description for what you're bidding on VERY carefully, looking for things like description (new / used etc) and what is included / whether it all works or is sold 'as is'. If you buy something that is SIGNIFICANTLY not as described you are entitled to protection under their fair trading regulations. Most of the time it'll take a little while but you will get your money back, either through eBay or Paypal. DO NOT EVER send payment for an eBay purchase through Western Union! You will have no protection at all. Don't be afraid to ask the seller questions either. If they are a legitimate seller they shouldn't mind answering a reasonable amount of sensible questions. Ultimately, if something seems too good to be true - then it is. Stay clear. Good luck!

How do you use E-bay and Paypal, what is required to use Paypal ?
I live in the United Arab Emirates. Just wanted to purchase something from E-bay, wanted to make sure if its save and what is required for use it, and how many does would it take for the part to get delivered and where would they deliver it ?

If you want to purchase something from ebay you have to set up an account, you don't have to have a paypal account if the seller is ok with other forms of payment. But if you need a paypal account you need a few days to set it up. You just sign up and you will need to give them banking info that will require being verified and then transfer funds to your paypal account from your bank account so you can pay for things on ebay. Depending on where your ordering from it can take 2 - 15 days to receive your purchase. It depends too, you usually have to pay the shipping and might be able to choose a faster method. They will deliver it to your home or where ever you want but it's best to receive it at the same address as you have on your ebay and paypal accounts or they won't insure it, and some sellers might not want to sell to you, it can delay things.
