Does anyone have Gordon Ramsey's fish pie recipe?
It is was on the F word, probably a year ago, and he made it at someone's house who couldn't cook. I have lost it and it is really yummy!

Well it's hard to find because he has a book out but you can look here: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/section/0,,4524,00.html This is also a good recipe http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1372/fish-pie-with-swede-and-potato-topping.jsp

If you like desserts, try this and buy the dessert book http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/chefs/gordon-ramsay/easy-tiramisu-recipe_p_1.html Not all Gordon's recipe's are complicated or involve expensive ingredients. I have tried and recommend this one for a quick and easy supper http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/chefs/gordon-ramsay/bacon-pea-goatscheese-omelette-recipe_p_1.html

Does anyone have James May's fish pie recipe? the one you have to keep drinking wine while cooking.?
Seen on the BBC show. James May from topgear. I found this http://www.channel4.com/life/microsites/F/fword/recipes3_fishpie.html but this is not James May's as this is the loser pie! haha. I need the good one with peas that says the word **** hehehe

No but I can say this. If you cook with wine, it is very important to keep sampling the wine. Sometimes another bottle may be necessary to get the cooking just right.
