Facebook applications?
Any good websites / books that teach you how to create advanced facebook applications?
I don't think facebook allow for much HTML and stuff like Myspace does.
How many Facebook applications would count as not too much>?
Fluff Friends (and so what if I'm 22 :P lol), Free Gifts, I like, SuperPoke and X-me so far and deleted the super/fun walls. And of course, the main facebook made applications.
Depends how much space they take up. If you have to scroll down for more than 2 seconds to get to your wall, that's too much.
Where is a good resource to learn how to make Facebook applications?
I am creating facebook applications for some great networking ideas i have and i need a good resource in order to leanr how to create them. help!
Use the developer site. Look at their documentation. You have to know how to use a server scripting language (like PHP or ASP). If you don't know how to use any, you'll have to learn one of those first (I think PHP is the best for facebook apps). Check out www.w3schools.com for some good quick tutorials on those. Then use the tutorials on the developer app pages. If you have any questions about the facebook api, use the discussion board on the developer app (you have added the Developer app to your Applications right?) and ask the people on there. It might take a while for a good answer, but those people are using it, so they're your best bet for a good answer.
