this is a common confusion. The best remedy is a magzine called "Competition Success Review" also known as CSR among B-school aspirants. Last month it has a ranking of all MBA colleges all over india. Plz refer it
Is it worth to spend Rs 5.25Lacks in a B.School like IIPM. Is the placement good there?
I have got admission in IIPM Chennai, The total fee is Rs 5.25 Lacks. I’m not able to decide whether to join the college or not.If any one who knows about that college plz tell me about its placements. I also want to know, till what extend the certificate issued by the college has value in India and abroad. All the persons who knows about this college please answer my question.
Do not join IIPM. Its involved in a lot of controversies. JAM magazine uncovered the hollow truth behind all its tall claims. Many bloggers posted against it. IIPM then sued the bloggers but they stood their ground. IIPM was not able to offer proof that the bloggers statements about it were wrong.
It would do good if you check out the wikipedia article on IIPM. Also do google for JAM IIPM to read about how IIPM is conning students.
