Recent news: Bulls jus offered the lakers a trade 4 kobe?
Recently there was a trade offer from the chicago bulls to the L.A. lakers for kobe bryant. The site is hoopshype.com Here is the trade offer from the bulls: Ben Gordon. Tyrus Thomas & Andres Nocioni for Kobe Bryant. It has been said that the lakers laughed at this trade offer. What do you think about this? and should the bulls try and get kobe bryant? if so then for who?

I heard that report, but it was quickly squashed by John Paxson as just that...a rumor. We have too much youth on this team and to forgo the long term success for short term success would be futile at best. I would not offer three to four young studs for a player who has been in the league 12 years...not a good return I dont care who it is. The problem with adding Kobe is that if he's not happy he'll throw you under the bus, and that's not what we need for our team. I prefer our team just as it is now. Deng is getting better, Gordon is getting better, Hinrich is getting better, and they're only 3 years in the league. This team should be at the pinnacle of the league in 2-3 years if we keep this group together. Furthermore, I dont feel the Lakers will trade Bryant. He's being difficult to get what he wants...a winner in L.A. He has a good team, they just have to stay healthy and they'll be in the playoffs.
