Did anyone see Nigella cooking honeycomb last night?
I wanted to make it with my son today but the recipe isnt listed on the website and I have forgotten the ingredients..surar, bicarb and....?
that should read 'sugar' of course

Ems I think the buttermilk was for the chicken but thanks anyway hun...make a mental note not to eat any honeycomb made by Ems...lol!
Went to make it, melted the golden syrup and sugar then realised I didnt have bicarb...it was baking powder instead. I added half a tin of evap, some nuts n raisins and I have got fudge...delicious, anyone want some!
You melt 5 tbsp sugar with 2 tbsp golden syrup and add 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda.
I used to like Nigella's cooking progs but I've hade enough?
Why not have "Shoot and Cook the ASBO" or something, who the hell has the shite she has in her "Ladar" apart from her so who the feck is she trying to impress it's cobblers?

Ha Ha Elric - exactly what my hubby said! We videoed her programme every week but have now given up as my hubby said she always has everything in her larder or in the expensive little shop around the corner and how the feck could we do or afford all that? Her recipes are extremely fattening and cholesterol building too! Evidence her food is fattening - just look at her hips - they have positively grown!!!!
How does "Nigella Lawson" sexualise cooking (with food)?
And come to have a reputation of apparently doing so?
As my British husband tells me, she's very attractive and licks a lot of spoons sensuously on her TV show.
