How Do you use it?
It's a little electronic chip that you stick inside your specially made pair of Nikes that syncs up wirelessly to you iPod. when you jog. the chip senses your pace and searches your ipod for music that fits that pace to help you maintain it. it also sends a signal that displays information like the distance you've run, etc., right on the iPod.
Is it worth it to buy an Ipod Nano just to be able to use the Nike + Sport Kit?
I already have an Ipod Video, but I want this running program! Is it worth it? I am thinking not, but let me know your opinions!
Nah but if you want all those features get a garmin GPS watch, its really sweet, it tells you just as much as the Sport kit and costs just about the same as a Nano, depending on the model a lot of people on the cross country team use them to keep track of miles and times during workouts
