Nike plus?
I already have a pair of Nike plus shoes, got em because of the color. ;)
Since I have a Nano, I thought the package they sell for the shoes would be a good thing. Does anyone have this? Does it work, do you like it? I just wonder if this'll do what I want it to.
Also, I need to get a new pair of plus shoes to run in but I've discovered I have some lower back pain the day after a run. This could be the shoes. Any suggestions as to what kind to get?

I have the Nike+ and got it about a month ago when we got our treadmill. If you're into getting instant feedback, then I suggest you get it. I love my Nike+ and it's really motivated me to run as often as I can and to get these pounds off!
It works pretty well. You can calibrate it to your step so it's pretty accurate. While you're running, it shows your distance, time, and pace. After each run, it shows how many calories you've burned, what your average pace was, total time, etc. It even stores your personal bests for certain distances (ex. best mile time).
When you plug it into your computer, it uploads your runs onto the Nike+ website. On the website, you can track each run, set personal goals, and join challenges with other runners to stay motivated.
As for shoes, I've heard a lot of runners praise the Asics brand shoes. I really like my Everlast shoes though. To help ease the back pain, make sure you stretch before and after running :)
Anyone got a problem with their Nike plus?
Anyone got problems with their nike plus after a while? I been using it for few months and logged in few hundreds miles, but the nike plus stop working. Do I have to buy a new one or is there a way to get it fix?
