Problems obtaining a PAC code from O2 ?
Hi, i want to change my network provider to orange, as most of my friends are on there so it would be cheaper for me to call, i am currently on the o2 network, however everytime i ring them they will not co-operate to give me a PAC (port authorisation code) so that i can keep the same mobile number on the new orange sim card, they just make up some stupid excuses and then tell me to call back later. It is obvious that they will go to any extent to stop customerss from leaving, even if it means harrasing them! What can i do? Iv run out of credit now as well because of all the times i rang their customer service number, and theres no point in topping up as i wont be able to transfer my credit over either! Any suggestions?
just forget it and change your number, I know it's a pain but it's gotta be better than wasting time and money trying to get your number changed over.
