Does anyone know the e-amil address for O2 customer services?
Need to be able to use my mobile abroad. Can anyone give me their e-mail address? x
If your phone is pay as you go, your phone will have roaming services activated already. Just make sure you have enough credit on your phone to make the calls.
You will be charged for receiving calls while you are abroad however.
If you want to make a call you will need to dial *111*# (then the number including area code i.e., 020, 01, 07) then press the call button. This will connect your call.
If you have a contract and you have a bar on your phone that you want lifting, it's best to just call the customer services department on 0870 444 3333 or 100 from your mobile.

better email them..but u will get a response after 3 days! and they are not helpful...they are just moneymaking skunks
