Hey im saving up for pokemon pearl and a ds im already planning my team but i need some more ideas Rampardos i can get from my brother from diamond Gengar or Spiritomb Kingdra or Garchomp or Salamence Is Luxray good??? and i also have pkmn emerald with some killers like salamence blaziken and aggron so im good with that help please???!!!

Luxray's stats are horrible, as well as it's limited movepool. Your best bet is Rampardos, Gengar, Kingdra, Salamence/Garchomp, Blaziken, and try to get ahold of another Sp. Attacker like Espeon

What is the difference between pokemon diamond and pearl?
What is the difference between pokemon diamond and pokemon pearl? Is there any? And is anyone "better" than the other? Is the plot the same? Are there the same pokemon? Help is really appreciated. Oh, and can i trade pokemon from diamond to get ANY pokemon from pearl? so are you ablle to trade ALL pokemon? or are some "off limits" thanks xD Oh, and another thing...once i get dialga if i have diamond, can i trade it to someone, tthen get ANOTHER dialga?

There are a few differences between Diamond and Pearl. The plot of both games is the exact same. The only difference is that the main legendary Pokemon that Team Galactic tries to control in Diamond is Dialga, and the main one in Pearl is Palkia. The difference between the games is the Pokemon in them and the items you can get while excavating underground. In Diamond, you can get Cranidos for the fossil and Dialga for the legendary; Pearl has Shieldon for the fossil and Palkia for the legendary. However, if you have Wi-Fi, you can get the Pokemon exclusive to the other version via the GTS. I suggest getting whatever version your best friends don't have so you can trade exclusive Pokemon back and forth to each other. Hope this helps! And yes, you can trade all Pokemon back and forth between the two versions. You can only get one Dialga or Palkia through your game's storyline, but if you trade it, you can get another via a friend or Wi-Fi.
