If you registered and logged onto Quidco and then followed the link to the shop, then Quidco will track the transaction and credit your Quidco account with the applicable cashback. If Quidco hasn't credited your account or shown you that they are tracking the transaction then you can submit a query on the form available on the site.
How does quidco.com work?

When you click on a website through Quidco, a percentage of what you buy will be paid to them, which they will share with you. It takes a while for the money to come through, but is definitely worth it! They take £5 out of your earnings per year, but if you don't earn anything, they don't take it, simple! You have to register though, but it's free. If you look through the FAQ on their site, its very helpful. I use it, and have saved quite a bit of money so far. Hope this helps!
