Sooo easy to cook. Everything is spelled out and very clear I love making her recipes. She may not be a real chef but she knows exactly what today's family on the go needs!
Go to foodnetwork.com and check out her recipes. I love the chicken parm subs one Sooo Yummy ;-)
Do Rachel Ray's Recipes work?
I tried using one for class, and it was horrible. I mean I could cook but the lesson was take a famous cook's recipe and recreate it for the class. I made 2 things and they both failed. I would like to say she's a fraud.
I tried several recipes and they all tasted like crap. But I was watching an episode there are several things the view doesn't get to see. (think about it she always has one done and it looks fake)
I made a meatloaf and a chocolate pudding.
Her 30 minute stuff works but it's expensive and a lot of it is just 'out of the can and into the pot' cooking.
For some real cookery plus a little nerdity, check out 'Good Eats'. Alton Brown gives recipes and shows how to do it along with some of the 'why' things happen.
