How do I stop Outlook 2002 from taking all my sbc mail and can I get it back into my yahoo e-mail ac
I was setting up my Outlook 2002 and it started downloading all my sbc yahoo mail into it's inbox now I've lost all my archived mail that was in sbc yahoo. Is there any way I can get this back? How do I stop Outlook from taking my sbc mail??
here's the thing!!! now if you were creating an account on your outlook 2002 with the same email ad with your AT&T SBC webmail you should be very careful with it.now since your web emails have been already transferred to your outlook there's no other way for you to automatically transfer back all those emails to your yahoo webmail but the only thing you can do is to like transfer it one by one back to your webmail which would be very inconvenient for you.ATT SBC nor microsoft wont be able to help you on that.now if you want to stop getting or taking your sbc emails, you need to make sure that you leave a copy on your server.here is the step

view or change existing email accounts
click next
Highlight the account to be edited and click Change
click on more settings button
click on advance tab then put a check mark on the box under delivery which says leave a copy or messages on server
click ok
click next
click finish

How do you check other Yahoo mail with sbc/yahoo?
When my daughter visits and wants to check her yahoo mail, sbc/yahoo defaults to my email account. Even when she goes to mail.yahoo.com directly, it won't give her a login screen - she gets booted back to my email account. Yahoo used to have a link to click on that would allow users to access a mail login screen and check other email. That link seems to have disappeared and it is a real hassle!
We have tried logging me out and her in at the yahoo page. Hasn't worked so far.
She needs to open the yahoo page and log you out and her in!
How can I get Yahoo Answers as a link on my Sbc Yahoo mail page?
I like to go directly from checking my email in SBC Yahoo to Answers. Any help would be appreciated.
KRM: I can't find anything that says,"add content."
go to add content and then type in yahoo answers and it should be there.
