how do i find out if a texas teacher has a formal complaint against them at sbec?

I don't know if that information is readily availble. I would try contacting the principal of the shool that teacher currently works at. If you really want to push it, you can file for a public release of information.
Anyone know the part # for a 1992 Plymouth Voyager SE SBEC II?
I am looking for the part number for the SBEC II from a 1992 Plymouth Voyager 3.3. It is a California vehicle but this one did not come with the EGR valve. Thanks
Last 9 in vin (6NR546994) The vehicle did not come with an EGR valve, yet the Dodge dealer told me it is a California veh. (I know it didnt come with an EGR because the intake plenum is different than a veh with a EGR) I went out to u-pull-it and they had both types and both have the Calif emmission stickers on them. The reason I am asking is because the computer in my veh now is giving me an EGR code because its not recieving input from the EGR valve. The part # for the comp in there is 4686777 I believe that is for a 1994 Voyager. I just need to know the part # for the SBEC II that came with my van so I can get that darn "check engine" light to go out.
What im actually looking for is the original part number. I dont think the reman part will work because it will look for the EGR. Some of the Calif emission veh were made without the EGR valve. I confirmed this by going out to a salvage yard and looking at more of these vans. You can tell because the intake plenum is different. One has a place for the EGR and the other does not, but both have the Calif emission stickers. Its a pain because 1992 is the only year that they used the SBEC II. I think the only way to fix my problem is to get a SBEC II from a salvage yard.
Dealership! Call one, give their parts dept the last 9 digits of the VIN number. They can use that to find out exactly what that vehicle was assembled with. California vehicle, with the "sales code" NAE should have an EGR valve. The VIN number will show the parts employee what the code is. Or reply to this and I can run it from here....6/11/07 will check this out when I get to work today, let you know tonight.......................................
I agree with Jeremy..R4762736 should be correct for your VIN. I checked with all of our techs that do smogs, they all agreed you should have a PCV valve.
In Texas, do charter schools have to follow the TEKS and State guidelines for curriculum?
Do the teachers need to be certified by SBEC? They are not getting state monies, the particular school I am wondering about is funded by Bill Gates.
Most charter schools are considered public schools and must follow all state guidelines. I would be surprised if Bill Gates supplied ALL of the money needed to run the school. His foundation is generous, but not that generous.
Private schools are not as regulated.
