What is the general concensus opinion of Sky Broadband?
I am with Waitrose broadband which is pretty good but as I have Sky Television the Sky collective deal seems pretty good saving me at least £15 per month. Setting up and customer service are very important to me as I am one of the silver geeks Thanks in anticipation

I personally don't use Waitrose at the moment. However I have used them in the past and they were excellent. The help line staff have a quite unusual approach in that they actually try to help. No answers like "probably your anti-virus / firewall best switch them off". Without even asking which one you have.
