Where can I find Information on the History of the X-Men?
I am doing a research paper, and I have to find information on the history of the X-Men comics. I'm not allowed to use wikipedia, so that killed my paper right there since all I've been able to find are fan dedicated sites. If anyone can help, please list some reliable sites with accurate information.

well I would start with a google search of Marvel comics and creator Stan Lee or ask someone who knows a lot about it , like me.

What was your favorite era in the X-Men's history?
Mine was the Jim Lee era with the Blue Team/Gold Team dynamic going. That was a great period. The best lineup, the best costumes, the best art and writing. I wish it could go back to the good old days before the X-Men had like 30 monthly titles. It's too much today. No one can keep track of what's going on.

My favorite period was the Claremont/Cockrum/Byrne years, and then again during the Claremeont/Smith/Romita years. That's roughly issues# 94-148, and then again around # 161-200. After that, I began to lose a lot of interest. The Jim Lee years were good for art quality, but the stories weren't as engaging as they had been.

In the X-Men The Last Stand ? (A Magneto/Xmen History Question)?
Magneto says "Worthington Labs, where it all began?" What does he mean by this? What began here?

he says this because the Cure research began there and it would end there too.
