can't acces site mailfriends.de/en/mailfriends/index.php Problem is with the php. it starts 2 DOWNLO
the problem is with accessing the site www.mailfriends.de/en/mailfriends/index.php
1. first of all i don't know what a php is
2. and why is IE not running it instead its me promting to download index.php file but not doing so
3. atleast firefox is downloading the index.php file and opera is showing me error 503
please help
