How private and personal is Xanga, really? I have mine set up as a friend-only viewing system. can anyone from the internet, or somebody who is not my friend on xanga, view my site? If so, what should i do to keep it safe? i dont post any pix or anything...but doesnt anyone know the real truth about what you write on your xanga? thanks so much!
I used to have a xanga and I put up private posts, but I have a friend that is rather handy with computers and he could see my private posts through the RSS Feeds even though he should not have been able to. So nothing is perfectly safe, but for the most part it should be okay, but there is always a way around something.
How do you get music onto your xanga or myspace, and what are good websites to get music on?

I had a hard time with this too. When your on my space, search it for the band you want. If it's listed, click on the song you want and it should give you info to past onto your "about me" page. After you pasted it. Go out of profile and go to View profile to see if it worked. It took me and my girlfriend forever one night but we finally got it.

MSN space is more structured, and doesn't allow much for creativity other than changing layouts and colors.
Xanga is affiliated with Myspace (used for the blogs there), and has many more customizable features.
If you're any good at HTML, go with Xanga!
