I have Ireland/UK on the Yahoo home page even though I have changed my content to Yahoo USA, is this
On the Yahoo home page I have to constantly change the 3rd Yahoo service from UK/Ireland to Groups. I use Yahoo groups so I want easy access to it. However it seems like it changes back to UK/Ireland after a day. I've changed my content to Yahoo USA but it still does it.
I don't want to add Yahoo as my homepage. I know how to do that. When I'm signed into Yahoo, and I go to Yahoo.com, and when you look on the top starting with Maps, shopping, Y! UK & IE, etc... My problem is with the "Y! UK & IE" part. First of all why is this showing. 2nd, when I click the down arrow and select "groups" it will revert back to Y! UK & IE" the next time I open Firefox. It doesn't stay "groups". I've changed my content to Yahoo USA.
Go to the top part of your search engine, click "tools" then "internet options" then change homepage address to http://www.yahoo.com/
Click apply, then refresh.
Why is Yahoo UK grouped with Ireland..?
I don't want to be associated with Ireland to be honest and I am sure they resent the association too..
I guess Ireland just aren't big enough to qualify for having their own site,, and as they're in the British Isles,, they tag onto our site...
