How do I add a get directions (yahoo maps) feature to my website?
I want to add a form to my web site where users can enter their street, address, city, state... ect into textboxes, then they can submit. It will then open the yahoo maps feature with detailed directions to the predefined location (hidden form item) with the map showing the way. I have seen it work on other web sites like for example

I have looked into the Yahoo Maps API but it seems too powerful for what I am trying to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankz

There is a Yahoo! Maps help page titled "How can I easily link to a Yahoo! Map on my web site." located at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/maps/maps-06.html. Here is the information from that page:
Our service is free to the Internet community, and you are welcome to link to Yahoo! Maps. We require that the link be interactive and that the map images are hosted on our site and not on yours. This policy ensures that you will benefit from improvements and updates to our mapping service.
To create a link to Yahoo! Maps, create the map you want on your site, then click the Create a link to this map on your web site link, located right below the map. Follow the instructions on the next page. You will be given the HTML for a map link and for a driving directions link.

When printing Yahoo maps from directions, I can't zoom in to get only a portion of the route.?
In the old version of Yahoo maps, I often zoomed in to see the final part of a route (or a tricky turn) and was able to print the directions with that "zoomed" map. In the new version, even though I zoom in on the main page, when I click "printable version" the resulting map shows the entire route. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you!
Click on the Dial-Up Maps link and use the old interface. It still preserves your pans/zooms in the printable version.
This is obviously a bug and should eventually be fixed in the Broadband Maps.

Wanting to get the written directions from Searcy, AR to Fayetteville, TN using US-64 instead of US-40. The US-40 route is automatically given when addresses are typed and I click on "Get Directions".
No. I've heard that Rand-McNally maps allows you to specify certain roadways though. Never tried it.
